We are currently experiencing issues with the Systmonline app whereby it appears patients don't have access to their coded records when, in fact, they do.  It only seems to be only affecting patients who have recently been given this access right within the last few months, but it is working okay on the website.  If you are affected by this issue and can't view your record via the app, trying logging on to your account via the website instead as this is currently working alright.  We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.
